Police: 'Armed and dangerous' gunman on the run

Officers have an urgent manhunt for a suspect accused of horrifically beating his girlfriend and shooting her in the stomach. 

Norcross Police call 38-year-old Bryan Hutcheson armed and dangerous and advise people to not approach him and call 911 if they see him. 

The suspect is 5'9", 200 pounds, and has "Devil's Advocate" tattooed across his chest. Officers believe he is driving a white Ford F150 extended cab truck with rear windshields.

Investigators said the woman in her early to mid-twenties is fighting for her life at the hospital. 

Saturday morning, police said Hutcheson beat his girlfriend in the head and shot her in the stomach; the bullet exited out of her torso. 

Officers believe he may be hiding out in the Metro, specifically in areas around Gwinnett County.
