Police pursue carjacking suspect in South Los Angeles
SOUTH LOS ANGELES, Calif. (FOX 11/CNS) - Police are in pursuit of an assault with a deadly weapon suspect in the South Los Angeles area.
The chase was first reported Wednesday afternoon involving a white Dodge pickup truck.
Authorities said the suspect is wanted for carjacking, as well as assault with a deadly weapon on a police officer.
The assault suspect in a white pickup being chased by officers in South Los Angeles has stopped the vehicle and surrendered.
He was wanted for assault with a deadly weapon against a police officer, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
