Soldier involved in shooting previously charged with aggravated sex assault of a child

 

Bell County released an affidavit on Monday, Oct. 16, saying Gwinn had been charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child who was 13 at the time of the assault. Gwinn would have gone to trial for that case in just a few weeks.
