Study: Single moms most sleep deprived

Sleep
WASHINGTON - A new study finds that single moms are the most sleep deprived of us all.
Federal researchers found 44 percent of those moms with kids under the age of 18-years-old fall short of sleep recommendations.
Single dads come in right behind single moms. 38 percent of single dads get less than the recommended 7 hours of sleep.
Half of single parents living with kids did not feel well rested four or more days a week.
