WATCH: Biplane crashes into Lake Travis

A biplane flipped over performing what appeared to be a water landing on Lake Travis.
Instagram users Nhi Tran and Jennifer Moran both captured the moment on social media.
Travis County Parks Department and Travis County Sheriff both responded to the scene at Windy Point in Bob Wentz Park .
3 people in the plane were able to get out safely. DPS is currently investigating and FAA will be taking over shortly.
