AUSTIN, Texas - The 18-day dry spell is over!
Morning rain has left behind a half to one inch of rain for some in Central Texas. This is a sign of things to come this week.
The remnants of Hurricane Norma from the Pacific will give us on and off rain today and tomorrow.
Then all eyes on the next big Western Low.
It will head for Texas and turn on the widespread heavy rain and storms later this week.
