Cooking with FOX 7: Better Than Good Potato Salad

Emily Madden with H-E-B Cooking Connection shares a recipe that you can make if you're not sure what to bring to the next cookout or party.

The recipe is as follows:

Ingredients

5 lb red potatoes, quartered and cooked until fork tender
1 Tbsp Adams Reserve House Rub
1 cup Better Than Good Moppin' Sauce
1 1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup finly diced red onion
1/2 cup finely diced celery
1/2 cup dill pickle relish

Method

Place potatoes, onion, celery, and pickle relish into a large bowl and toss together.
In a medium bowl mix together mayo, Moppin' Sauce, and House Rub.
Fold dressing into potato mixture and chill for at least 2 hours.
