Cooking with FOX 7: Jamaican Jerk Fish Tacos

The recipe is as follows:
Ingredients
1 lb Mahi Mahi
1/2 Tbsp Adams Reserve Jamaican Jerk Rub
1 bag coleslaw mix, discard dressing
1 cup julienned jicama
1/3-1/2 cup Cookwell & Company Homey Lime vinaigrette
corn tortillas
Method
* Season both sides of fish with Adams seasoning.
* Heat skillet over medium high heat and add in a little cooking oil.
* Cook fish 2-3 minutes per side.
* Combine the honey lime vinaigrette to the coleslaw mix.
* Place fish on a tortilla, top with cabbage and jicama.
