Cooking with FOX 7: Salmon with Fig Mustard and Pecans

The recipe is as follows:
Ingredients
2 salmon fillets
1 Tbsp Adams Reserve Umami Bomb seasoning
Fischer & Weiser Fig Mustard
chopped pecans
cooked rice
Method
* Season fish with Umami seasoning.
* Heat skillet over med-high heat. Add in a few tablespoons of oil. When oil is hot place salmon in pan and cook for about 4 minutes per side.
* Place salmon on top of cooked rice and pour Fig Mustard over top. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
