AUSTIN, Texas - Emily Madden with H-E-B Cooking Connection makes a sweet recipe.
The recipe is as follows:
2 16oz bags of Frozen Peaches
10 Tbsp unsalted butter, divided use
1 bottle Fischer & Wieser Charred Peach Bourbon Sauce
1 yellow cake mix
Heat a large sauce pan over medium low heat.
Melt 4 Tbsp butter in the pan, then add in the frozen peaches and charred peach bourbon sauce.
Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the peaches are thawed.
Pour mixture into a 9x13 baking dish.
Melt remaining butter and place into a mixing bowl along with the dry cake mix.
Mix together, using your hands works best.
Crumble mixture evenly over the top of the peach mixture.
Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden brown.
Let rest 15 minutes before serving.
Best served with vanilla ice cream on top!
