Apple has issued a recall Wednesday for three-prong wall plug adaptors included in their World Travel Adaptor kits due to risk of electric shock.

The tech company announced the recall June 5 after receiving six reports from other countries of adaptors breaking and consumers receiving shocks. The recall says the adaptors can break and expose the metal portion of the adaptor, posing an electric shock risk.

Two consumers were medically evaluated and released with no need for further treatment. No U.S. consumers have reported incidents or injuries according to the recall.

The recall involves the adaptors included in kits sold before February 2015 and made for use primarily in the United Kingdom, Singapore and Hong Kong. The recalled adaptor is white with no letters on the inside slot where it attaches to an Apple power adaptor.

The kit was sold in Apple and other home electronics stores nationwide and online on Apple's website from January 2003 to January 2015 for around $30. According to the recall, about 814,000 units were sold with an additional 81,000 units sold in Canada.

Consumers are advised to immediately stop using the recalled adaptors and contact Apple by phone at 800-275-2273 or online for free replacements.
