Austin police investigate downtown stabbing

AUSTIN, Texas - Austin police are investigating an early morning stabbing.

Police said a man in his 20s was stabbed in the 200 block of East Sixth Street just before 2:30 AM Friday (10/18).

Austin Travis County EMS took the man to Dell Seton Medical Center.

Police expect him to survive his injuries.

No was immediately taken into custody.

Police are searching for two possibly Hispanic suspects.
