Austin police searching for robbery suspects

Austin police are asking for help in identifying two robbery suspects. 

After shoplifting from a Family Dollar on July 2, two Hispanic males approached a man who was sitting in his car close to the store in the 5300 block of Nuckols Crossing. The two men had a handgun and a sawed-off shotgun, according to the police. They demanded money and shot a round into the air. 

Police describe the first suspect as a Hispanic male in his twenties. He was wearing a blue cap, jeans, dark shoes and a long sleeved blue Nike shirt. The second suspect is described as a Hispanic male in his twenties with a chinstrap beard and mustache. He was reportedly wearing a plaid shirt, blue jean pants and dark shoes.
