Fatal multiple car crash in North Austin

AUSTIN, Texas - Austin police are investigating a multiple vehicle crash in North Austin early this morning.

The crash happened just before 4 a.m. at the 11000 block of northbound I-35 near the Braker Lane exit.

One person was pronounced dead on the scene and the Vehicular Homicide Team was called out to investigate. The victim's identity has not been released but officials did say it was a man in his 20s.

Two others were taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
