FOX 7 Debates: Birth Control

The Supreme Court is sending the Affordable Care Act's, Contraception Mandate case back to lower courts.

On Monday, the high court unanimously decided not to rule on a challenge from religiously affiliated non-profit groups. The groups objected to the Affordable Care Act's requirement to provide free contraception.

Opponents also said the Obama Administration's offer to accommodate religious concerns did not go far enough. The Supreme Court now says it wants lower courts to help the opposing sides work out a compromise.

Joining FOX 7's Rebecca Thomas to share their thoughts on the subject are the Deputy Director of Progress Texas, Phillip Martin and G.O.P consultant, Matt Mackowiak
