How not to get skimmed

AUSTIN,Texas - Some quick tips that will keep your credit card info from getting swiped next time you pay at the pump.

Monday we told you about three credit card skimmers that were discovered at a convenience store in east Austin.

Tuesday we spoke with the agency that investigates that kind of consumer fraud.

The Texas Department of Agriculture keeps track of skimmers on gas pumps  and tells FOX 7 that it's a constant battle.

However,  there are things consumers can do to protect themselves from becoming a victim.
