New poll finds Hillary Clinton leading in Texas

Texas for Hillary? A new poll says the Democratic presidential candidate is up by one percentage point over Republican rival Donald Trump in the Lone Star State. Texas has not voted Democrat for president since Jimmy Carter in 1976. So what's going on? Glenn Smith with Progress Texas and GOP consultant Matt Mackowiak explain.
