She has never been to a professional football game, but a Buckhead bakery owner will be in the stands for the biggest game of them all.

Friday morning, the National Football League surprised Shawn Brown on live television with tickets to this weekend's Super Bowl at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

"I can't believe this is my story.  I can't believe this is my life right now," said Brown.

The NFL chose Brown because of her incredible story of perseverance.

FOX 5 first introduced you to the Los Angeles native last year on Good Day Atlanta.  Brown moved to Atlanta several years ago and opened her bakery, Cheesecaked, so that she and her family could start over.

Brown and her sister were severely injured in a car accident with a drunk driver in 1994.  Brown's 10-week-old son did not survive the crash.

"He hit us head on going about 60 mph," Brown said.

Since the crash, Brown has shared her story through her work with Mothers Against Drunk Driving.

"What I promised God was that even though it's scary for me or uncomfortable for me, or may make me sad to share the story if it will help someone else get through something, then I'll take that pain," explained Brown.

She is a Rams super-fan, decorating her bakery and cheesecakes in blue, white and gold for the days leading up to the game.
