Police investigating stabbing

AUSTIN, Texas - Police are investigating a stabbing that  occurred at 901 Neches St. near the Hyatt House in Downtown Austin Tuesday night. 

According to police it happened around 9:30 p.m.

The suspect is in custody.

Austin Police said one victim was transported to a nearby hospital and is being treated for non-life threatening injuries.
