Two sexual enhancement supplements sold at Walmart and Amazon recalled

Two sexual enhancement supplements sold at Walmart stores and Amazon have been recalled over undeclared ingredients that were not listed on the product labeling. 

Food and Drug Administration laboratory testing determined that the products contained Sildenafil and tadalafil, active ingredients in the prescription drugs Viagra and Cialis, respectively, used to treat erectile dysfunction. 

Agency officials noted that the undeclared ingredients might interact with nitrates found in some prescription drugs and could lower blood pressure to dangerous levels. 

Which sexual enhancement supplements were recalled?

Why you should care:

A&P Creations LLC recalled X10 Natural Enhancement Supplement and biQ-FEL products. 

X10 is a liquid product packaged in a red and gold box containing 7 red lightning bolt-shaped sachets, 15 mL each.

Food and Drug Administration officials said A&P Creations LLC bought and distributed X10 Natural Enhancement Supplement as a finished product and did not manufacture or formulate the product.

These affected products were distributed to consumers through Amazon, Walmart.com, and naturefuel.us between December 15, 2024 and June 11, 2026.

biQ-FEL, a liquid packaged in a 500 mL bottle bearing the biQ-FEL name. The product label includes Spanish-language text, including "Sabor artificial Hierbabuena" 

These products were distributed to consumers through Amazon, Walmart.com, and naturefuel.us 

A&P Creations LLC has not received any reports of adverse incidents related to the recalls of the products.

The Food and Drug Administration is advising consumers to contact their physician or healthcare provider if they have experienced any issues that may be related to taking or using the products.   Consumers with questions about the recall can call A&P Creations LLC at ecommerce@naturefuel.us Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm ET.
