What we know:
In December 2024, the Texas Education Agency (TEA) said more than 100 teachers were suspected of fraud. That allowed unqualified teachers to work in school districts statewide.

The cheating scheme mostly involved people working in Houston and Dallas area schools.
The TEA named 60 other teachers under investigation.
Del Valle ISD investigation
What we know:
Alin Edouard and Aaron Jackson were the two Del Valle ISD teachers identified.
The district said it's aware of the allegations.
One teacher is currently employed, and the other teacher was employed in the 2023-24 school year.
The district plans to cooperate with the state's investigation.
