Thorndale girls softball team in state tournament

THORNDALE, Texas (FOX 7 Austin) - The Thorndale girls softball team is in the state tournament for the first time in program history and it's hoping to join the Thorndale boys teams that are on the school's state title sign.

A Thorndale girls team has never won a team state championship.

Coach Lance betak and his second ranked Lady Dogs are just two wins away.
