Bill's Oyster: What's on the menu

The Second Street District is kicking off November with concerts, new restaurants and a lot of shopping. Bill's Oyster is a new specialty seafood restaurant that launched brunch in time for the holiday season. FOX 7's Tierra Neubaum has a look at the menu.
