Telling The Story: 50 Years Later
It's been 50 years since Charles Whitman climbed to the top of the UT Tower and started shooting. The mass shooting shocked both Austin and the world. During that time, KTBC was the only well established television station in Austin and was there in the line of fire. FOX 7's Casey Claiborne spoke with some of the journalists who have been telling this story for the past five decades.
