Emily Madden with H-E-B Cooking Connection shares a recipe that only takes minutes to make.
The recipe is as follows:
1lb shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails removed
1/2 Tbsp Adams Reserve White Wine & Butter Garlic Seasoning
2 Tbsp Ottavio Private Reserve Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp dry white wine
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp minced parsley
* Season shrimp with Adams seasoning.
* Heat skillet over medium high heat. Add oil and allow to heat for a few seconds. Cook shrimp 2 minutes per side. Add in wine to deglaze the pan. Add in lemon juice and remove from heat.
* Serve over pasta and garnish with parsley, serve with crusty bread.
