Cooking with FOX 7: Creamy Sausage and Pepper Pasta

The recipe is as follows:

Ingredients

1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 poblano, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 cup sliced onions
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 package H-E-B Hatch Smoked Sausage 
1 jar Orti di Calabria Arribiata Sauce
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 lb cooked spaghetti
Cilantro for garish

Method

Heat skillet over medium high heat.
Add in oil and allow to heat for a few seconds.
Add in peppers, onions, and garlic. Allow to cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add in sausage and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Add in cream and pasta sauce.
Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
Toss in pasta and garnish with cilantro.
