AUSTIN, Texas - Emily Madden with H-E-B Cooking Connection makes a dish.
The recipe is as follows:
1 jar Bayou Brothers Creole Sauce
1 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
3 Tbsp butter
24 oz H-E-B Three Cheese Ravioli, cooked according to package directions
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, plus some for garnish
minced parsley for garnish
Heat skillet over medium high heat.
Add in butter.
Once butter is melted add in shrimp and cook for about 90 seconds stirring frequently.
Add in Creole Sauce and cream then reduce heat to medium.
Let cook for about 2-3 minutes.
Add in Parmesan cheese and stir until it is melted and well incorporated into the sauce.
Pour sauce over cooked ravioli and garnish with parsley and Parmesan cheese.
