1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted and cut into chunks
1/2 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 teaspoon agave nectar or honey, more or less to taste
½ cup Lime & Mint Italian Sparkling Water
1 lime, cut into wedges
2 mint sprigs, for garnish
In a blender, combine mango and 1 cup cold water and blend until smooth. Pour through a strainer into ice-filled glasses. Stir in lime juice, sparkling water and agave. Garnish with lime and mint, and serve.
