The recipe is as follows:
1 Cookwell & Co Mojo Marinade
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 Tbsp Adams Reserve House Rub
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 small onion, diced
1 large poblano, diced
4 Oz summer sausage, diced
2 1/2 Lb Yukon Gold potatoes, diced, and cooked until fork tender
In a large bowl mix together Mojo, mayo, and House.
Stir in cilantro, onion, poblano, and sausage.
Carefully fold in potatoes until everything is mixed together evenly. Serve warm or chilled.
