Cooking with FOX 7: Roasted Pepper Triple Cheese Grilled Cheese

The recipe, which serves four, is as follows:

Ingredients

8 slices sourdough
4 slices HEB Smoked Havarti
4 slices Boars Head Chipotle Gouda
1 roasted red bell pepper, ribs & seeds removed, sliced
1 roasted poblano pepper, ribs & seeds removed, sliced
1/2 whipped cream cheese
2-3 Tbsp Texas Brew Harissa Adobo sauce
Mayo

Method

* Combine whipped cream cheese and Adobo sauce and mix well.
* Lightly spread mayo on outsides of each piece of bread.  Spread thin layer of cream cheese on inside of each piece of bread.
* Layer one slice of each cheese and some of each pepper in the inside of the sandwich and place in a skillet heated over med-high heat.  Cook until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted.
