Cooking with FOX 7: Sweet & Spicy Fish Tacos

Emily Madden with H-E-B Cooking Connection shares a recipe that's quick and easy and perfect for the summer.

The recipe is as follows:


1 lb Mahi Mahi
1 Tbsp Adams Reserve Latin & Lime seasoning
1 cup Fischer & Wiser Harvest Peach & Hatch Sauce
Corn tortillas
Shredded cabbage
Lime wedges


Season fish with Adams seasoning.  
Heat skillet over medium high heat.
Add in a little oil and allow to heat for a few seconds.
Add in fish and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side.
Turn off heat and stir in peach sauce.
Place a few chunks on fish on tortilla and top with cabbage and lime juice.
