Cooking with FOX 7: Texas Ranch Baked Spaghetti

Emily Madden with H-E-B Cooking Connection shares a quick and easy dinner recipe.

The recipe is as follows:


1 jar Cookwell & Company Texas Ranch Starter
2 cup cooked, diced chicken
1 lb spaghetti, cooked according to package directions
1 7oz can diced mild green chilies
2 cups shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
2 cups crushed tortilla chips


Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Pour everything into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 minutes.
Let rest at least 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with sour cream, cilantro, and avocado.
