Good Day Cooks: Ultimate Hatch Chile Burger


4 Hatch burger patties
4 hamburger buns
1 Tbsp Adams Reserve Just Right Burger Spice
4 H-E-B Hatch Pepper Jack Cheese Slices
H-E-B Hatch Guacamole
1/4 cup Roberts Reserve Hatch Pineapple Chimichurri
1/2 cup mayonnaise
sliced red onion
* Heat a skillet or grill to medium high heat.  Cook burgers 5-7 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.  Once burgers are done, top with cheese and cover to let cheese melt.
* In the meantime, combine mayonnaise with the chimichurri sauce and mix well.
* To build your burger, spread mayonnaise mixture on both sides of the bun, place the cheese covered pattie on the bottom bun.  spread a spoonful of guacamole on top of the patty, then top with red onion and lettuce, followed my the top bun.
