AUSTIN, Texas - Emily Madden with H-E-B Cooking Connection makes a healthy and quick recipe.
The recipe is as follows:
1 jar Better Than Good Bacon Jam
1 tsp Adams Reserve Smoked Mustard rub
6 cups baby spinach
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/4 cup shredded white cheddar
Heat skillet over medium heat.
Once hot, add in Bacon Jam and Smoked Mustard rub.
Mix together and allow to heat for about 2-3 minutes.
Turn off heat and add in spinach.
Toss the spinach in the warm sauce until it is all wilted and has turned dark green.
Place spinach on a serving plate and top with red onion and cheddar
