AUSTIN, Texas (FOX 7 Austin) - The shutdown enters its 35th day with no apparent end in sight as the Senate failed to pass either of two plans proposed to get everything reopened. Assistant Professor of Political Science at Huston-Tilloston University Dr. Robert Ceresa talks about more about what's going on and what he thinks will happen next.
