Workout Wednesday: [solidcore]

AUSTIN, Texas (FOX 7 Austin) - [solidcore] is 50 minutes of high intensity, low impact, slow and controlled movements on the resistance based "Sweatlana" reformer.

Classes are purposefully sequenced to work muscles to failure and there are no more than 15 people in each one of them.

Each class uses movements based on planks, squats and lunges.
