APD crime scene vehicle involved in overnight auto-pedestrian crash

AUSTIN, Texas (Fox 7 Austin) - Austin Police said a man was hit by one of their crime scene vehicles in the 7500 block of I-35 early Thursday morning.

The man suffered potentially life-threatening injuries and was taken to Dell Seton Medical Center, according to police.

The driver stayed on scene and was not hurt.

The crash is under investigation.
