APD seeking public's help in identifying Downtown Austin robbery victims
AUSTIN, Texas - The Austin Police Department is seeking the public's help in identifying two victims of a robbery in Downtown Austin in mid-December.
APD's Robbery Unit is investigating a complaint made by two unidentified people who reported a robbery in the 400 block of East Sixth Street around 1:08 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 15.
While officers were apprehending the suspects, APD says the victims left the scene before officers could get any more information from them. APD says the Robbery Unit would like to interview the victims.
Anyone who reported a robbery to APD officers working downtown on Dec. 15 around 1 a.m. is asked to contact APD's Robbery Unit at 512-974-5270 and refer to APD Case #2019-3490125.
