Austin Museum Day on September 20

More than 40 museums in the greater Austin-area are participating in a free celebration of art, culture, history and more from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

It’s the 18th year for the event. It’s organized by the Austin Museum Partnership. Last year it’s estimated that more than 28,000 people participated.

Participating museums include Austin History Center, French Legation Museum, Mexic-Arte Museum, Bullock Museum and more.
