Neville, the dog who was ordered to be euthanized after a bite incident at Austin Pets Alive! and was later saved by a social media campaign and legal intervention, has found his new forever home.

Executive Director of Austin Pets Alive! Ellen Jefferson says in a press release that they had a number of qualified adopters and ultimately chose a family that "fit every criteria that Neville needed for a good life. We believe he will be happiest in this home for the rest of his life."

Neville will have more than just humans in his new family. Austin Pets Alive! says Neville has already bonded with his dog and cat siblings.

The organization says that the qualified adopters that weren't chosen as Neville's new family were followed up with and other dogs in needs of homes were suggested.
