An auto-pedestrian crash on North I-35 near Huntland Drive has left one person dead.

AUSTIN, Texas - Officials say one person has died after an auto-pedestrian crash in North Austin.

The crash happened just before 1 a.m. at 6500 North I-35 southbound near Huntland.

Details about the crash are limited but Austin-Travis County EMS says that the person who died was pronounced dead at the scene.

The crash caused delays and closures due to the investigation.
