"El Rey" is a 4-month-old Old English Bulldog.
"He's one of my children. He's like one of my kids, I know that's crazy but to me he's part of my family," said Rey's owner Luis Avellana.
Avellana is an Army-Vet and a tobacco sales representative out of San Antonio.
