For the second year in a row Austin Reggae Fest was forced to cancel music on Sunday. The event is a big fundraiser for the Capital Area Food Bank. The impact of the cancelation means the CAFB is short $100,000 which translates into 400,000 meals. The summer season is one of the busiest for the food bank as more kids are at home and in need of food.

One dollar means four meals. You can donate online.

CEO Hank Perret stopped by Good Day Austin as he works to put the call out to the community.
