Common-law husband charged with murder in case of missing Cedar Park woman

The common-law husband of a missing Cedar Park woman has been charged with murder.

Samuel Roy Byrd has also been charged with second-degree felony tampering with physical evidence and two different counts of possession of a controlled substance. Bond for the murder charge is set at $750,000.
