AUSTIN, Texas (FOX 7 Austin) - Commuters may be seeing red while driving down Lavaca and Guadalupe streets this week.
The Austin Transportation Department painted the new bus lanes red to improve traffic flow.
The changes are all part of Capital Metro’s Contraflow project.
