Dashboard camera records alleged road rage shooting

An 85-year-old Florida man is accused of shooting at a driver in an alleged case of road rage.  The victim called 911 to report the incident, which he recorded on his own personal dashboard camera.

Deputies with the Marion County Sheriff's Office said the suspect followed the other driver home in the Marion Oaks area and began flashing his high-beams at him, for no apparent reason.   The victim said he had never met the elderly man in his life and he just started shooting at him.

"Oh, he's shooting at me! He just shot!  He just shot! That bang is a gun!  You with me dispatch?," the victim is heard in a 911 recording.

Deputies said you can what sounds like gunfire on the dashboard camera recording and the victim's car has bullet holes everywhere.  Somehow, no one in the car was hit.

The suspect took off after it all went down, but deputies tracked him to his home.   That's where they arrested Christino Aquino, charging him with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
