Ex-coach accused of molesting boys since '80s pleads guilty
MARIETTA, Ga. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - A former wrestling coach accused of molesting teenage boys since the 1980s has admitted to sexually abusing a Pennsylvania boy at his Georgia home.
Ronald Gorman was sentenced to 25 years in prison after pleading guilty to two counts of aggravated child molestation Tuesday.
Gorman previously admitted to sexually assaulting two boys in Pennsylvania and was sentenced there to serve at least 20 years in prison. The sentences will run concurrently.
The Cobb County charges stem from abusing a 14-year-old Pennsylvania boy at his home in Marietta.
Gorman was a wrestling coach in Stroud Township, Penn. between 2006 and 2009, before moving to Marietta where he was a volunteer coach with Pope Junior Wrestling and Life University.
