Fallen tree takes down power lines and blocking roadway

A tree has fallen and is blocking the road at Windsor and 24th street.  

City crews were called to the scene at the 1500 block of West 24th Street to remove the debris.  

The tree also took down power lines in the area.  

APD has blocked 24th street and they are detouring traffic onto Poquonock Rd.
