FOX-7 Discussion: Julián Castro travels to Iowa as he considers presidential bid

AUSTIN, Texas - Former San Antonio Mayor Julián Castro was in the swing state of Iowa this weekend campaigning for some mid-term candidates.

While there, he spoke with voters, as he considers his own campaign a possible presidential bid in 2020.
