FOX 7 Discussion: President Trump says he could Pardon Himself in the Russian Investigation

AUSTIN, Texas - President Trump tweeted Monday morning that he has the absolute right to pardon himself but says there's no reason to do that because he says he has not done anything wrong in the Russia probe. 

Over the weekend, Trump's lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, also suggested the president has the authority to pardon himself but doing so would "probably lead to immediate impeachment."
